2. Products and Pricing

  • We make every effort to display product colors, sizes and specifications accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations in finish are normal for hand-painted or holographic lures.
  • All prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and may change without notice. The price that applies is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • Bundle discounts and free gifts are applied automatically according to the offer shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery times, shipping charges, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Fishing lures and terminal tackle contain sharp hooks and small parts. Please handle with care, keep out of reach of children, and follow local fishing regulations. VelaFit is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse of our products.
