Thank you for shopping with us! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns and refund requests under the following conditions:

1. Cooling-Off Period Return Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing a reason.

  The 14-day period begins the day after you receive your items.

- Refund Details:

  - Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items, including the cost of the product and the original standard delivery charge (if applicable).

  - Any additional charges for expedited or premium delivery will not be refunded.

- Return Shipping Costs:

  Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items.

2. Items Not Eligible for Returns

The following items are excluded from the cooling-off period:

- Personalised or Customised Products: Such as sportswear featuring personalised designs or custom printing.

- Hygiene Products: Including undergarments or close-fitting sportswear, if the packaging has been opened.

- Damaged or Used Items: Items that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your items are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will provide a replacement or full refund free of charge.

- Proof Required: Please provide clear photos of the faulty or damaged items to help us resolve the issue promptly.

- Return Costs: For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

- Items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.

- Items should be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at 【velafit001@gmail.com】 Because we sometimes cannot directly determine whether you meet the return conditions, we will send you the return address by email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


1、We appreciate that there may be times when you wish to return an item if you are not satisfied with any item purchased on this site, If you meet the return conditions, please return it to us in its original condition within 48 hours of receipt and we will refund you the full cost of the item (excluding postage). 

2、If an item arrives damaged, please contact us to request a replacement and dispose of the damaged item. In some cases, we may need you to provide photos of the damaged item so that we can investigate the cause of the damage.

And provide product pictures, order ID, reasons for exchange, etc. so that we can handle it for you. Damages and issues:Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
