Delivery Service

Once your order is successfully placed, we will process and dispatch it based on your order details. If there are any special circumstances, we will contact you to confirm your order. For any quality issues, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order at velafit001@gmail.com. Currently, we offer free shipping with no minimum purchase required.

We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days after payment (except for pre-order items). We currently offer one international shipping option: Standard Shipping (5-8 business days). In most cases, delivery is completed within 4-6 days, Actual delivery times depend on the carrier. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking number. This tracking email is different from your initial order confirmation.

Please note: Delivery times are estimated from the dispatch date, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, customs clearance, adverse weather, public holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Public holidays are excluded from business day calculations. Unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, stock shortages, or peak season demand.

Tax Information:

Customers in the United States, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Europe do not need to pay import fees, customs duties, or VAT as the store owner has already taken care of these costs. Any such costs are borne by us.

Important Notes:

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete recipient details such as name, address, phone number, or unit number.
  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, government directives, or traffic restrictions.

During shipping, if the following situations occur and you are contacted to confirm next steps, any additional costs (including redelivery or losses) will be borne by you:

  • Refusal to accept the delivery.
  • Inability to contact the recipient despite attempts, but the delivery is still requested.
  • The parcel reaches the delivery address but recipient cannot be contacted or requests to change delivery time or address.
  • Other requests we are able to accommodate.

Special Reminder:

During UK and US public holidays, order processing time may be adjusted according to order volume (we take the well-being of our employees very seriously). Large promotional events or force majeure events may also cause delivery delays.

USPS and Evri state that order processing can take 1-3 business days. If parcels are not delivered within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays. For late deliveries, please contact the carrier directly.

We do not refund extra shipping fees if USPS or Evri fail to deliver on time. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If packages are returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery, we are not liable.

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change your order or shipping address, as processing times are short. While we will try to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.

Tracking Tips:

If you experience issues with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the carrier first before reaching out to us. Allow 1-4 business days for tracking information to update. In rare cases, tracking may not update but your order is still in transit.

If your tracking confirms delivery to your address but you have not received your parcel, please contact the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by carriers.
