After the order is placed successfully, we will deliver the goods based on your order information. If there are special circumstances, we will contact you to confirm the order. If there are any quality issues, please contact velafit001@gmail.com within 24 hours after receipt. Our store is currently in a no-threshold free shipping status.
We will ship the goods within 1-3 working days after your payment (except for pre-sale products). The delivery time is subject to the actual delivery of the logistics. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This will help keep you up to date on the order's journey. This is a separate email from your original order confirmation email.
*Please note that shipping times are estimated from the shipping date, not the order date. We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Sometimes unexpected delays may occur due to a series of uncontrollable factors such as customs inspections, out-of-stock situations, natural disasters, etc., especially during peak periods.Currently we only offer one international shipping method: Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days. (Usually it only takes 3-4 days to complete the package delivery)

1. We are not responsible for delays or undelivery of orders due to the following circumstances: A. The consignee’s name, address, contact number, house number, etc. are incorrectly filled in or not filled in, etc. B. Force majeure, such as: natural disasters, government orders, traffic restrictions, etc.
2. During the delivery process, if the following situations occur and you are contacted to confirm the follow-up operations, the relevant costs (including but not limited to repeated delivery and loss) will be borne by you: A. The consignee refuses to accept; B. If the consignee is not successfully contacted, the shipment is still required to continue; C. After the shipment arrives at the address shown on the order, the consignee cannot be contacted or the time and address are requested to be changed; D. We can meet other requirements of the ordered.
Special reminder: During the statutory holidays in the UK, our store will ship normally. In the event of large-scale events in the store or due to force majeure, the delivery time may be delayed. Royal Mail and Evri We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for Royal Mail and Evri guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact the carrier.
We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if Royal Mail and Evri fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us here as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed. All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
