If you have returned an item to our warehouse that has not been purchased from VelaFit, please get in contact with us.
We will need to know what items were returned to us, the package description, and the tracking number so we can try and locate them with our Warehouse Team.
Please note - we are unable to guarantee a return however, we will do our best to help you retrieve the item.
After we receive your items, your refund will be processed within 10 working days back into your original payment method. You will also receive a confirmation email, so keep an eye on your inbox, please also check your spam/junk folder.
Please retain proof of postage so that you have a record of your return.
If you have paid for your order with a gift voucher, please note you will receive a separate email instructing you how to use your reimbursed voucher balance.
