Delivery Service
Once your order is successfully placed, we will dispatch your items according to the order details. Should any issues arise, we will contact you to confirm the order. We are currently offering free delivery with no minimum spend required.
Your items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment is received (excluding pre-order products).
At present, we only offer one international shipping method: Standard Shipping (4-6 working days). Typically, the delivery takes 3-4 days to complete.

Return Service
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns and refund requests under the following conditions:
Cooling-Off Period Return Policy
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of receiving your items, no explanation needed.
Cooling-Off Period Duration:
The 14-day period begins the day after you receive your items.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items. This will include the cost of the product and the original standard delivery charge (if applicable).
Please note, any additional charges for expedited or premium delivery will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs:
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
