Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Due to the large number of orders waiting to be dispatched in our warehouse, we are unable to locate individual orders and cancel them. However, if you would like to return your order to us for a full refund, we offer a simple returns service.

Can I change the address on my order once placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the address. Before the order is shipped, we can modify the delivery address for you. Please confirm your delivery address when purchasing.

An item I bought at full price has now been reduced in sale; what can I do?

We currently do not have any price adjustment strategy, and every customer enjoys 30 days of price protection.

My order will be a gift; can I have a gift receipt?

We currently don’t offer any gift receipt services. However, we are looking into this and will keep you updated on any changes.
