Return Policy
We want you to love Vortex Pro. If you need to return an item, the following rules apply.
A. Returns Due to Our Mistake (Free Return)
We will cover the full return shipping cost and process a refund or replacement if:
Wrong item sent (color, model, or size doesn't match your order)
Manufacturing defect (e.g., damaged surface, uneven core)
Ps: Item damaged during shipping due to improper packaging (please provide photos within 48 hours of delivery)
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a correct item or issue a full refund.
B. Returns Not Due to Our Mistake (Customer Pays Return Shipping)
If the return is for any of the following reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact:
Personal preference (don't like the feel, color, or performance)
Ordered the wrong model or version
Weight or size not as expected (unless we provided inaccurate specs)
Opened but still in re-sellable condition (no visible wear or damage)
We do not charge a restocking fee. However, return shipping is your responsibility. The original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded.
